Each piece of equipment sent to ERI not only has all defective parts replaced, but all parts that have a high probability of failure are replaced as well.

2. FAST TURN AROUND:
Most re-manufactured electronic equipment is available on a same day exchange basis. If not available from stock and depending on availability of repair parts turn around should be 10 working days or less. If you wish us to set up an exchange stock on an item we have not carried before just let us know.

3. QUALITY:
All electronic components used by ERI for re-manufacture equipment either meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's specifications. Every part re-manufactured by ERI must undergo extensive quality control testing before packaging and shipping.
